Terms & Conditions – Al Falah English School

By accessing and using the online fee payment facility of Al Falah English School, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Fee Payment

  • All fee payments made through this platform are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless specified otherwise by the school management.

  • Parents/Guardians are advised to verify the details (student name, class, section, fee amount, etc.) before proceeding with the payment.

  • Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other modes as supported by the payment gateway provider.

2. Late Fees and Penalties

  • If the fee is not paid by the due date, a late fine may be charged as per the school’s fee policy.

  • The school reserves the right to withhold student results, report cards, or admission in case of non-payment of dues.

3. Technical Issues

  • Al Falah English School is not responsible for any technical failure or payment issues arising at the payment gateway’s end. In case of transaction failure, please contact the bank or Instamojo support.

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical glitches will be refunded after verification, within 7–10 working days.

4. Privacy & Data Security

  • Personal information and payment data collected during the transaction process is kept confidential and secure, and is used only for internal school and transaction purposes.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or clarifications regarding payments must be addressed to the school administration with appropriate documents.

  • The school management’s decision in any such matter will be final and binding.

6. Modifications

  • Al Falah English School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the payment facility will imply acceptance of the revised terms.
